Shipping

We offer DHL Standard Shipping with a delivery time of 2-4 days for EU countries and Standard Shipping with a delivery time of 5-12 days for other countries. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs clearance, may occur. For international orders, customs inspections may also cause additional delays.

Shipping to EU contries

We offer free DHL Standard Shipping (delivery 2-4 days) to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden).

Shipping to other countries

For other countries, we provide Standard Shipping (delivery 5-12 days) for 35 euros to Australia, Canada, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Returns

Each customer has the right to return the ordered item within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is in an undamaged condition. Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the delivery of the returned item and confirmation of its condition.

Return shipping is free for customers in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

For customers in Australia, Canada, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
